To be quite honest I think that you are lean enough.. If you think about it, you’re NEVER going to think your lean enough… I don’t know… I don’t mean to sound rude but how can you not think that you aren’t perfect the way you are? You were fine before anyways! lol

Hmmm… it could be a few things. Intercostal muscles (between ribs), the rhomboids, traps or lats…Each way has a different approach. I will make some more vids on self help.

Do them as you feel tight in the low back. There are times when I can do these once in a day and other days I do these several times a day.
