I had lower back …
I had lower back pain and pain all around my back for 10 month and with this exrcise I cure my cack ,after the exercise I wore a back belt too the first month the belt it will mark your skin is awfo bat after 2 month I cure my back .now if I have a back pain I do this exercise and weare the back belt and Im cure I will do this all my life I do other exercise and didn’t work ,but this you will feel every week beter this exercise are the best of the best , of course,with the back belt too

If you have low …
If you have low back pain, mid-back pain, etc., there is a really good book called “Healing Back Pain” by Dr. John Sarno. It conveys, without a doubt, the most Responsible Content on the matter that I have ever come across and is NOT “about” anatomy in general. You can google his name. You can probably find it at your local library if you don’t want to purchase it. P.S. I’ve had 2 discectomies in the past - didn’t know better, and……..yeah, it’s a really worthwhile read.

HELP !!! i tried …
HELP !!! i tried the one that was supposed to be when u r in pain right the first excersise ! BUT i didnt have intense pain i was in the next stadium but now i have back pain again if I move my lower back :S help ! i went to the gym today and yesterday and did ab and lower back xcersises and i feel better now BUT the excersisse still made my back hurt

I remember a video …
I remember a video where he talked about the certain types of abdominal exercises to bring the pelvis back into its proper position. He didn’t demonstrate it like this (unless he did in another video), but he explained the issue of the pelvis tipping forward, and named some exercises to bring it back into place.
I might go back and find it and message it to you, but you might be able to find it browsing through his channel.
