Missed period and low back pain, afraid it might be cancer?

November 7 was the last day of my first period. Three weeks later I started to have very, very light spotting which lasted about 1 week. I also started to have lower back pain at that time which is still going on. I am 8 days late for my period. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and they are all negitive. I am getting very worried. Can it be cancer? I go to the doctor Monday but I am very worried.
Why would you think you have cancer just because your eight days late with your period? That’s ridicules! There are many different reasons why your having a late period

Could be just about anything. Miscarriage? hormones? Stress? IrrecgularYour body adjusting…there’s no reason to get worried before you know exactly what is up.
