    Ive have had …
    Ive have had sciatica down my left leg and Piriformis Syndrome since Dec 08. A MRI scan has shown my discs have herniated (L5s1 and L2/3). I couldn’t do any exercise for 2/3 months now I can these exercises have helped. Anything that causes pain stop. Ive been forwarded to a neurologist. Good luck to everyone :)
